Indoor Weddings: Venue Rental Rates for Smaller Indoor Weddings up to 70 people start at $1495. Rental rates include exclusive use of farmhouse, The Cathedral Room with chairs for the ceremony, five Dining Rooms, free parking for up to 8 hours, three consultations with The Event Coordinator, and Servers/Attendants. Be prepared for additional costs for food, drinks, flowers, cake, photography, music, and other choices.

Rental Rates for larger Outdoor Weddings start at $2900.  Rates are based upon number of guests. Rates include exclusive use of the farmhouse and grounds for up to 8 hours, parking, parking attendant(s), three consultations with The Event Coordinator, and Servers/Attendants. Be prepared for additional costs for the outdoor tent, dance floor, lighting, food for reception, flowers, cake, photography, music, and other choices.

Ceremony & Reception Venue Outstanding service and an amazing venue!! It is an amazing place for any bride to get married. The staff was more than accommodating to my now husband and I. If we could do it all over again there would be nothing we would change! Everything was incredible and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. :)
